Bitter Taste No More

La Vergne Wolverines in the playoffs still! Last night, the Wolverines went to Cookeville to play the first round of playoffs. This time last year, the Rines lost to the same team and it put a very bitter taste in their mouths.

This year however, is another story. The Rines went back and won the game 19-7.

Friday night, November 10, the Wolverines will face the Smyrna Bulldogs for the second time this year for the second round of playoffs. The game will be held in Smyrna at the Robert Raikes Stadium.
