Bake Sale & Bazaar TODAY

All I want for Christmas is a new band uniform!

Don't forget!! The LaVergne High School Band's bake sale and bazaar is today from 1:00 - 6:00 p.m. at the school. Money raised will be used to pay for new band uniforms. The band, comprised of an exceptional group of talented students, has been invited to perform at the Liberty, Sugar, and Gator bowls - it takes a trumpetful of talent to achieve those invitations.

We encourage the citizens fo La Vergne to march right on over to the school today and show your support. Donations will be accepted, as about $60,000 needs to be raised. You can read more about the event in the Daily News Journal here.
